1. ABOUT US
Bannu Masala is a Pakistani spice brand based in Bannu, KPK. We sell 100% pure, handcrafted spice blends online and deliver across Pakistan.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- You will provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order
3. PRODUCTS
- All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors in product images may slightly vary due to screen settings.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify prices at any time without prior notice.
- Product weights (e.g. 250g, 500g, 1kg) are approximate and may have a minor variance of ±5g due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and select online payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. ORDERS & CONFIRMATION
- Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Bannu Masala is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled as per our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including the Bannu Masala logo, product images, text, and branding — is the property of Bannu Masala. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without our written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bannu Masala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
