Refund policy

At Bannu Masala, we take great pride in the quality and purity of our handcrafted spices. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE

Every product we sell is made from 100% pure, natural ingredients with no artificial colors or preservatives. We carefully inspect and pack each order before dispatch. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

You may request a return or replacement if:

- The product arrived damaged or broken (e.g. broken seal, leaking packaging)
- You received the wrong product or wrong quantity
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
- The product has a genuine quality issue (foreign object, unusual smell, etc.)

3. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

- The product has been opened and used (for hygiene and food safety reasons)
- The return request is made after 3 days of receiving the order
- The issue is a personal taste preference — spice intensity and aroma vary naturally with pure products
- The product was damaged due to improper storage after delivery

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To raise a return or refund request:

3. Share your order details and clear photos of the issue
4. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is approved:

- For Cash on Delivery orders: refund will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 3–5 business days
- For online payments: refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Replacement orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of approval

6. RETURN SHIPPING

- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

7. BUNDLE & PROMOTIONAL ORDERS

For bundle deals and discounted orders, refunds will be calculated based on the actual price paid, not the original retail price.
