Shipping policy

At Bannu Masala, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. DELIVERY COVERAGE
We currently deliver across Pakistan, including all major cities and most remote areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

2. PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order is accepted.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 3–6 business days
- Remote areas: 5–8 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Orders above Rs. 2,500: FREE delivery
- Orders below Rs. 2,500: Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel at the provided address. If a COD order is refused at delivery without a valid reason, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp or email so you can monitor your delivery.
7. FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable:
- The courier will attempt re-delivery once.
- If the second attempt also fails, the parcel will be returned to us and the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
- In the rare case of a lost parcel, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue within 7 business days.
