At Bannu Masala, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at the lowest possible cost. Enjoy FREE Shipping on all orders over Rs. 2,500 anywhere in Pakistan.

1. Nationwide Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan, including all major cities and most remote areas.

2. FREE Shipping

🎉 FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,500.

For orders below Rs. 2,500, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in future COD restrictions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you your tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp or email so you can track your shipment.

7. Delivery Issues

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or customer unavailability:

One re-delivery attempt will be made.
If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges will apply before the parcel is sent again.

Please double-check your address and phone number before placing your order.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.
If a parcel is lost during transit, we will coordinate with the courier and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
